Training someone new at work!

OMG! it had been so long that i had not trained someone. i feel so overwhelmed not knowing if i'm giving the right amount of information or if it is too much!!! Since i've been doing my job for a long time, i had not taken a pause to show someone step by step how to do something...i had to think twice and write it down. ummmm i hope i don't overwhelm them!
